IEA Phase 1: Power Performance Program

Pre-Season Strength Training for Young Athletes (Ages 12-18)

The Ignite Power Performance Program is a 6-week, sport-focused strength and conditioning system built for young athletes who want to gain a competitive edge before their season begins.

This program is designed to help athletes build real strength, correct imbalances, improve movement quality, and lay down the foundation for explosive performance — all while protecting growing bodies from burnout and injury.

It’s progressive. It’s age-appropriate. And it’s built by experts who know what athletes need to succeed.

  • Young athletes (ages 12–18) across all sports
     
  • Off-season or pre-season athletes looking to improve strength, speed, and control
     
  • Athletes who want to build confidence in the gym and on the field

No gym experience required — this program meets athletes where they’re at and builds them up.

  • 3 Strength Workouts per Week (upper, lower, total body)

Weekly Breakdown


Week 1: Foundation & Form
Master proper movement patterns, core control, and body awareness. Set the base for strength and success.

Week 2: Building Base Strength
Develop control through time under tension training. Focus on technique, muscle engagement, and full-body strength.

Week 3: Unilateral Dominance
Fix left-right imbalances. Improve balance, coordination, and single-leg/single-arm control.

Week 4: Explosive Power Intro
Introduce plyometrics and power safely. Learn how to generate force with control.

Week 5: Maximizing Athletic Output
Blend strength, speed, and recovery to simulate game-like intensity.

Week 6: Performance Week
Test total-body strength, endurance, and agility with structured challenges and game-speed finishers.
